What is the production lead time?
All of our products are handmade in our New York City workshop. We have certain items in stock for immediate shipping. Items that are made to order take approximately 2 - 3 weeks. If you need something custom or by a specific date, please email email@example.com for special requests and accommodations.
How much is domestic shipping?
For our United States domestic clients, shipping is always complimentary. All packages are sent via insured FedEx 2Day delivery. Adult signature is required upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
Jewelry purchased through our online store is eligible for return within 5 days of receipt. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment once the jewelry has been received and reviewed. Items that have been worn and returned without its original packaging are not eligible for return. Custom pieces and special orders are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
How do I care for my diamond jewelry at home?
Keep it simple. Mix some dish soap with lukewarm water and soak the diamond jewelry for a minute. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the metal and diamonds. Rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
How do I care for my rubber bracelets?
To extend the life of your rubber please avoid showering, exercising or swimming with these pieces. Submerging the rubber in water will make it hard and brittle over time. Fine jewelry should be the last thing you put on after you dress to avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume or any other household chemicals.
How do I request a repair?
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a repair. In most cases, we will repair the item free of charge. If the piece is beyond the scope of normal wear and tear, we will assess the damage and quote the charges prior to any work commencing. Shipping costs are not covered during the repair process.
How do I return my product?
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. In your e-mail, please include your order number and reason for the request. One of our associates will be in touch within 24-48 hours. Please note that return shipping costs are excluded from the return or exchange process.
How do I care for my product?
When it is not being worn, always store your jewelry in its original packaging. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately.
